- Design and deliver training programs for Dior-exclusive Beauty Consultants and generic staff across Central America.
- Develop AAA store teams into brand experts, ensuring continuous follow-up to meet Dior's strategic objectives.
- Assess training needs per market and tailor content to regional priorities.
- Conduct on-site coaching using the Dior method to elevate performance.
- Support new product launches with strategic field training.
- Assist in organizing and executing major training events such as Seminars and Sales Cycles.
- Manage and monitor allocated T&E budgets and expense reporting.
- Collaborate on the development and improvement of Dior’s training app, My Dior.
- Coordinate with Retail Managers to track My Dior performance prior to launch trainings.
- Oversee the stock of training materials and assets ordered from France and stored in the regional warehouse.
- Ensure Dior’s image and brand message are reflected in the client experience at each point of sale.
- Partner with Retail Managers to reinforce brand values locally, including grooming and uniform standards.
- Act as a Dior brand ambassador at regional events, trainings, and special activations.
- Support in-store events and animations at AAA doors.
- Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance analysis.
- Propose innovative learning initiatives such as microlearning and digital capsules.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in content and delivery formats.
- Relevant experience in training, sales, or retail within the beauty or luxury industry.
- Native Spanish speaker with intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written).
