Parfums Christian Dior Regional Senior Marketing Executive

- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies across 45 countries.
- Coordinate with headquarters in Paris and regional teams in Dubai to ensure strategic alignment.
- Forecast potential for new product launches and manage related logistics.
- Create and update 360-degree strategies for product launches, including merchandising and logistics.
- Design and execute boutique and e-commerce strategies, including animation plans and VIC events.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial planning with the Marketing Manager.
- Develop and implement regional animation plans in collaboration with retailers.
- Support the design and implementation of services such as consultations and masterclasses.
- Analyze category performance and provide feedback on launches.
- Conduct market visits and competitive analysis.
- Prepare presentations for top management and regional seminars.
- Minimum of 4 years in a marketing role within the beauty or luxury sector, regional experience preferred.
- University degree or equivalent in business or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; French and Arabic are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative and innovative with a proactive approach.
- Business acumen with a strong understanding of market strategies and competition.
- Adaptability and diligence with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry.
University or business school degree.
