Regional Senior Marketing Executive

- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for 45 countries.
- Coordinate with Headquarters in Paris and regional teams in Dubai to ensure brand consistency.
- Estimate potential of new product launches and gather forecasts.
- Update weekly launch books and manage assortment and POSM.
- Support merchandising planograms and ensure product availability.
- Build and coordinate boutique and e-commerce strategies.
- Track budgets alongside the Marketing Manager.
- Develop and implement regional animation plans.
- Support services design and implementation.
- Analyze category performance and market competition.
- Prepare presentations for top management and regional seminars.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing position in beauty or luxury.
- University or business school degree.
- Strong knowledge and affinity with beauty.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English; French and Arabic are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Business acumen and market awareness.
- Adaptable and diligent with a focus on accuracy and timeframes.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
University or business school degree.
