1. Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for 45 countries.
2. Coordinate with Headquarters in Paris and regional teams in Dubai to ensure brand consistency.
3. Estimate potential of new product launches and gather forecasts.
4. Update weekly launch books and manage assortment and POSM.
5. Support merchandising planograms and ensure product availability.
6. Build and coordinate boutique and e-commerce strategies.
7. Track budgets alongside the Marketing Manager.
8. Develop and implement regional animation plans.
9. Support services design and implementation.
10. Analyze category performance and market competition.
11. Prepare presentations for top management and regional seminars.

1. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing position in beauty or luxury.
2. University or business school degree.

1. Strong knowledge and affinity with beauty.
2. Proficient in MS Office.
3. Fluent in English; French and Arabic are a plus.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Creative and innovative thinking.
6. Business acumen and market awareness.
7. Adaptable and diligent with a focus on accuracy and timeframes.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

University or business school degree.
