1. Develop and execute omni-channel sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals.
2. Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers, Account Executives, and other sales personnel.
3. Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to inform strategic decisions.
4. Ensure seamless customer experiences across all platforms, including Dior.com.
5. Manage financial budgets and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional and district merchants.

1. Minimum 10 years of multi-door sales experience in prestige cosmetics or retail.
2. Proven experience in managing and driving retail results with department stores and specialty retailers.
3. Experience in hiring, training, and developing sales personnel.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
