Parfums Christian Dior Regional Retail Excellence Manager

- Drive and animate retail excellence across Travel Retail Asia Pacific, focusing on retail education and performance strategy.
- Enhance retail capabilities and performance across all touchpoints, managing KPIs to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Lead transversal projects in digital learning and client development, engaging 600 Beauty Consultants in the region.
- Oversee digital learning platform strategy, ensuring BC engagement and alignment with Dior retail values and service standards.
- Collaborate with education and marketing teams to organize BC seminars and engagement activities.
- Support Retail Managers in evaluating and implementing strategic initiatives that align with global strategies.
- Conduct retail training programs and coach retail teams on leadership and business acumen.
- Partner with international teams to develop relevant retail tools and policies.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting with regional insights.
- Manage e-learning strategy, ensuring platform content and user data are current.
- Facilitate digital engagement through gamification and expert communities.
- Select and adapt client development modules for the travel retail context.
- Manage the Client Experience Assessment Program.
- Organize and manage the annual BC Seminar, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managerial roles within the luxury retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- Experience in digital learning management and blended learning strategy.
- Strong data analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Digital Learning Apps, Excel, and Power BI.

Minimum of 10 years in managerial roles within the luxury retail industry, with a focus on digital learning and retail operations.
