1. Empower and enhance the retail expertise of the retail and field population.
2. Lead as the Centre of Excellence across Retail Performance and Operations, ensuring alignment with brand-defined strategic priorities.
3. Collaborate with Retail Managers to evaluate and implement standard initiatives that meet local needs and align with global strategies.
4. Maintain Dior Retail Performance & Operations Standards in training programs and digital tools.
5. Define, track, and analyze KPIs to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
6. Identify growth opportunities and partner with Retail Managers to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
7. Conduct Retail Training Programs and coach retail teams on leadership and business acumen.
8. Partner with International Retail Performance Project team to develop relevant retail tools and guidelines.
9. Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes with regional insights.
10. Oversee e-learning strategy and manage the MyDior platform.
11. Strengthen digital competencies of Training Managers and facilitate digital engagement.
12. Select and adapt client development modules for the Travel Retail context.
13. Manage the Client Experience Assessment (CEA) Program.
14. Support the organization of the annual BC Seminar, ensuring smooth logistical processes and clear communication.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managerial roles within the luxury retail industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
4. Experience in digital learning management and blended learning strategy.
5. Strong data analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
6. Ability to engage and influence diverse groups, lead change, and inspire common goals.
