- Empower and enhance the retail expertise of the retail and field population.
- Lead as the Centre of Excellence across Retail Performance and Operations, ensuring alignment with brand-defined strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with Retail Managers to evaluate and implement standard initiatives that meet local needs and align with global strategies.
- Maintain Dior Retail Performance & Operations Standards in training programs and digital tools.
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Identify growth opportunities and partner with Retail Managers to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct Retail Training Programs and coach retail teams on leadership and business acumen.
- Partner with International Retail Performance Project team to develop relevant retail tools and guidelines.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes with regional insights.
- Oversee e-learning strategy and manage the MyDior platform.
- Strengthen digital competencies of Training Managers and facilitate digital engagement.
- Select and adapt client development modules for the Travel Retail context.
- Manage the Client Experience Assessment (CEA) Program.
- Support the organization of the annual BC Seminar, ensuring smooth logistical processes and clear communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managerial roles within the luxury retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- Experience in digital learning management and blended learning strategy.
- Strong data analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to engage and influence diverse groups, lead change, and inspire common goals.
- Proficiency in Digital Learning Apps, Excel, and Power BI.
