- Develop and implement comprehensive makeup marketing plans across the Latin America region.
- Collaborate with area managers and brand managers to execute marketing strategies in export markets.
- Coordinate and monitor marketing execution in subsidiaries.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of makeup performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Visual Merchandising, E-business, PR, Retail, Education, and CRM.
- Communicate product launch information to regional teams and markets.
- Partner with merchandising teams to enhance brand presence in retail spaces.
- Lead the planning and execution of makeup-related events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Manage marketing and trade calendars on the regional digital platform.
- Develop event guidelines and conduct pre-event meetings with distributors and subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with CRM and Retail departments to maximize client engagement.
- Manage budgets for freelancers and makeup artists, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Ensure alignment of makeup launches with annual budgets and assist in budget revisions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational marketing, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; French is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze numeric data effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 3 years in operational marketing, ideally within the luxury sector, is required.
