- Assist in adapting the operational marketing strategy for North America, focusing on business priorities and market specifics for the USA and Canada.
- Support the implementation of product launches for 2026 and 2027 across all touchpoints, both online and offline, under the guidance of Category Managers.
- Coordinate merchandising projects, including local adaptations and transversal project follow-ups such as planograms and local production.
- Provide daily support to local teams based in New York and Toronto regarding operational requests.
- Participate in weekly strategic and operational alignment meetings with local teams and follow up on briefs.
- Conduct weekly and monthly market performance analyses and monitor competitive launches.
- Track and analyze monthly forecasts for upcoming launches, including product sales and point-of-sale materials.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Organized, versatile, meticulous, open-minded, and dynamic.
- Passionate about the cosmetics and luxury sector with ideally prior significant experience in the field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
