- Assist in the operational implementation of marketing plans and product launches under the guidance of Category Managers for the US-Canada region across all product categories.
- Coordinate the development of omni-channel marketing elements, including the consolidation of briefs, monitoring of timelines, and provision of feedback guidelines.
- Manage local adaptation of merchandising projects, including permanent in-store displays and event planning, and oversee cross-functional projects such as planograms and local production.
- Support the local team with daily operational requests and participate in weekly marketing briefing meetings.
- Conduct weekly and monthly market performance analyses and focus on product launches.
- Monitor and analyze monthly forecasting phases, assessing market needs and volume feedback.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field (Bac +4/5).
- Fluent in English.
- Organized and versatile with a keen attention to detail.
- Dynamic and open-minded with a passion for cosmetics and luxury.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a complex environment.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the cosmetics or luxury sector, although this is not mandatory.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
