Parfums Christian Dior Regional Finance Analyst

- Prepare and automate regional reports, including weekly and monthly retail sales, local and tourist sales, boutique rent, POSM consumption, and inventory evolution.
- Conduct analyses and prepare reports for new distribution channels such as direct-to-consumer and e-business.
- Support budgeting and rolling-forecast processes.
- Analyze retail transactions and review retail operations reports.
- Follow up on action plans to mitigate internal control weaknesses.
- Control budget and forecasts, actual closing, A&P recharge follow-up, and FX compensation control.
- Analyze retail performance activities and POS turnover.
- Collaborate on the roll-out of retail performance projects with local market teams and the regional retail performance project management department.
- Master's degree in finance, audit, or controlling from a top business school or university.
- First successful professional experience in financial or business planning analysis or audit.
- Sensitivity to product marketing and competition analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong foundation in business planning, audit, and competitive analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in any Asian language is advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Proactive with the ability to work within time constraints.
Beginner level experience in financial or business planning analysis or audit is required.
Master's degree in finance, audit, or controlling from a top business school or university.
