- Manage regional data strategy and roadmap by prioritizing and delivering central use case portfolios in collaboration with local markets.
- Identify and implement new data initiatives specific to the ASPAC ecosystem with CRM, retail, media, or eBusiness teams.
- Drive IT and data transformation in collaboration with central and local beauty tech teams, ensuring seamless delivery of migration projects.
- Lead analytics and client insights activities, supporting regional teams with data analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Stimulate local data empowerment through training programs and workshops, promoting a data-driven culture.
- Coordinate with HQ and LVMH Data teams to import best practices at the regional level.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in data-driven CRM, digital marketing, or CRM analytics roles, ideally within Retail, Luxury Goods, or Management Consulting.
- Experience in strategy consulting and international environments is highly appreciated.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work closely with business unit leaders and team members, demonstrating empathy and creative problem-solving skills.
- Analytical thinker with a track record of using customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of data technologies including data management platforms, analytics tools, and DataViz solutions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and an Asian language is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in roles focused on data-driven CRM, digital marketing, or CRM analytics, ideally gained within Retail, Luxury Goods, or Management Consulting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
