1. Serve as the primary contact for candidates and hiring managers, managing interview logistics and providing updates.
2. Optimize talent pipelines by mapping internal and external candidates for open positions at Parfums Christian Dior.
3. Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in creating and maintaining tracking systems and BI dashboards to monitor recruitment KPIs.
4. Provide regular updates on KPIs and ATS systems to HR teams and participate in Talent Acquisition community events and newsletters.
5. Support the global deployment of Recruit@Dior tools and training for new HR community members.
6. Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with ad-hoc projects as needed.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
