1. Actively participate in the recruitment process for second-semester interns in 2026, including sourcing, pre-selection, telephone interviews, interview organization, offers, and onboarding.
2. Enhance employer branding by promoting internship opportunities, disseminating attractive communications, and managing recruitment platforms.
3. Contribute to internal communication initiatives, including the redesign and content management of the LVMH Beauty Tech intranet.
4. Support Talent Development initiatives by creating and publishing a dedicated newsletter, participating in upskilling strategies, and organizing training workshops.
5. Propose new HR communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement and sense of belonging.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School, University, or equivalent, with a specialization in Human Resources, Project Management, or Organizational Management.
2. Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or internal communication, preferably in an international setting.
3. Strong interest in internal communication and HR development topics.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
3. Proactive, organized, meticulous, with strong analytical skills.

Entry-level experience in HR, recruitment, or internal communication, ideally within an international environment.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.

Compensation ranges from €1,500 to €1,650, depending on the level of study.
