- Gather recruitment needs and mission briefs from managers.
- Draft and publish job postings on appropriate job boards.
- Identify potential candidates through various channels including internal databases, ATS, social networks, and educational institutions.
- Manage and update internal databases to ensure rigorous tracking of recruitment processes.
- Conduct preliminary telephone screenings of selected candidates.
- Implement various stages of the recruitment process.
- Participate in recruitment interviews and candidate evaluations with HR and operational teams.
- Ensure regular communication with managers and candidates regarding recruitment progress.
- Contribute to the internal and external administrative management of new recruits' files.
- Participate in the onboarding and integration of new talents.
- Engage in recruitment events and represent Parfums Christian Dior.
- Contribute to the community of interns and apprentices by organizing or leading key events.
- Support the implementation of HR processes and projects related to talent management.
- Enrolled in a Master's level program in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency or HR department preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative with a willingness to take initiative.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a proactive approach to meeting internal client needs.
- High level of confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in IT and collaborative tools, social networks, and a curiosity for new HR technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and social media platforms.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ideal candidates will have some experience in recruitment, either in an agency or within an HR department, providing a foundational understanding of recruitment tools and processes.
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field in progress.
