1. Collaborate on various real estate projects at different stages of progress.
2. Define objectives and scope for operations during monthly closures.
3. Draft project programs and assess feasibility, budget estimates, and timelines.
4. Organize and participate in the selection process for project managers and other service providers.
5. Plan design phases and validate study documents at each stage.
6. Monitor budget evolution and ensure financial balance of operations.
7. Submit administrative authorization requests.
8. Initiate and manage construction tender processes and contract negotiations.
9. Present financial forecasts and prepare service orders.
10. Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with commitments by service providers.
11. Validate invoices and ensure timely payments.
12. Manage project delivery and follow up on any outstanding issues or guarantees.
13. Conduct financial closure of operations and evaluate service providers.

1. One year of experience in real estate project management is preferred.

2. Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
3. Project management and coordination skills.
4. Vendor management and negotiation abilities.
5. Proficiency in drafting project specifications and decision-support documents.
6. Budgetary and accounting oversight skills.

Ideal candidates will have some experience in real estate project management, though beginners are welcome.

Current enrollment in a relevant academic program is required.
