- Coordinate technical, environmental, financial, and administrative actions related to construction, rehabilitation, or restoration projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Procurement, Environment, IT, and Finance, as well as external partners including architects and project managers.
- Define objectives and scope for operations, draft operational programs, and assess feasibility and budget scenarios.
- Organize and participate in the selection process for project contractors and service providers.
- Plan and oversee the design phases, ensuring document validation at each stage.
- Monitor budget evolution and financial balance of operations.
- Manage administrative authorization requests.
- Initiate and manage construction tenders, negotiate contract terms, and prepare service orders.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with commitments and managing financial aspects.
- Conduct project closure, including financial reconciliation and evaluation of service providers.
- One year of experience in real estate project management is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information, documents, and regulations.
- Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency in drafting decision-support documents.
Entry-level experience in real estate project management is preferred, ideally with one year of relevant exposure.
