- Ensure compliance of utilities with stringent quality and safety standards through qualification dossiers and improvement actions.
- Contribute to the successful execution of the Validation Master Plan (VMP) under the guidance of the Utilities Qualification Lead.
- Participate in continuous improvement workgroups to meet regulatory expectations and address discrepancies identified during qualification phases.
- Conduct risk analysis to ensure the conformity of utilities and processes.
- Draft qualification documentation, including protocols and reports.
- Identify, propose, and implement corrective actions in case of non-compliance.
- Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate progress meetings for various qualification stages.
- Monitor and update quality indicators within the scope of intervention.
- Adhere to the established qualification schedule in collaboration with relevant entities.
- Participate in and coordinate continuous improvement workgroups for utilities.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in General Engineering with a focus on Quality Management.
- Previous experience in a quality system environment through an internship or apprenticeship.
- Knowledge of cosmetic industry regulations and qualification processes.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent organizational and writing skills.
- Curiosity, rigor, and proactivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Entry-level experience with a foundational understanding of quality system requirements, ideally gained through an internship or apprenticeship.
Pursuing a Master's degree in General Engineering with a specialization in Quality Management.
