1. Connect the current Quality Department organization with the mission's expectations.
2. Prepare and present project progress to relevant stakeholders.
3. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
4. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing processes and data collection for KPI projection.
5. Develop, refine, and challenge R&D to production processes in compliance with current standards (cGMP FDA, CSAR, ISO 22716).
6. Define production standards to ensure product reproducibility and consistency.
7. Assess the existing documentation system and contribute to the development of an AI tool for simplification and regulatory compliance.
8. Assist in creating an AI tool to train staff on the new documentation system and facilitate streamlined searches across industrial sites.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school, specializing in Quality or Industrial Performance, seeking a final year or gap year internship.
2. Strong proposal-making skills, pragmatism, and effective communication abilities.
3. Process and results-oriented with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and industrial standards (ISO 2271, cGMP FDA, CSAR).
4. Adaptability and proficiency in analytical tools (PBI, Excel, Chatbot).
5. Teamwork and collaboration as core motivators.
