Responsibilities
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and manage the Quality Management System at the Orléans site.
- Deploy the Quality Assurance policy defined by the Quality Management of Parfums Christian Dior.
- Conduct risk analysis and implement necessary changes in the quality management system.
- Develop a three-year plan for quality management system evolution to ensure compliance with ISO 22716, FDA cGMP, and China GMP.
- Oversee documentation management within the scope.
- Supervise and coordinate with operational quality teams and laboratories to enhance site performance.
- Ensure successful inspections by French and foreign authorities and ISO 22716 audits.
- Implement projects to improve GMP processes at the Orléans site.
- Share best GMP practices and contribute to harmonizing Quality Assurance policies across Parfums Christian Dior sites.
- Manage the Quality Assurance team, including planning activities, setting objectives, and developing team expertise.
- Modernize tools and simplify existing processes.
- Develop a Quality Assurance culture by engaging with the site management team.
- Act as the Quality Assurance reference for the site and contribute to inter-house projects led by LVMH Beauty Quality Management.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Packaging, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an industrial sector with quality issues.
- Confirmed experience in team and cross-functional management.
Skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving tools.
- Strong industrial knowledge in production, industrialization, and chemistry.
- Experience with Quality standards applicable to the cosmetics industry (ISO 22716, FDA cGMP, China cGMP).
- Strong analytical and synthetic thinking.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Technical English proficiency.
- Proficiency in office tools and interest in new IT approaches (AI, BI, decision support via cloud platforms).
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years in a relevant industrial sector with quality management responsibilities.
Education Requirements
Engineering degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Packaging, or equivalent.
