1. Ensure regulatory compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and oversee the Quality Management System at the Orléans site.
2. Deploy the Quality Assurance policy as defined by the Parfums Christian Dior Quality Directorate.
3. Conduct risk analysis and implement necessary updates to the quality management system based on regulatory monitoring and internal directives.
4. Develop a three-year plan for quality management system and site compliance with ISO 22716, FDA cGMP, and China GMP standards.
5. Oversee documentation management within the quality assurance scope.
6. Supervise and coordinate with operational quality teams and laboratories to enhance site performance.
7. Ensure successful inspections by French and foreign authorities and ISO 22716 audits.
8. Implement projects to improve GMP processes at the Orléans site.
9. Share best GMP practices and contribute to harmonizing Quality Assurance policies across Parfums Christian Dior sites.
10. Manage the Quality Assurance department, including team activity planning, setting objectives, and resource recruitment.
11. Modernize tools and simplify existing processes while supporting change management.
12. Develop a Quality Assurance culture in collaboration with the site management committee.
13. Act as the Quality Assurance reference for the site, addressing quality assurance challenges.
14. Contribute to inter-house projects led by LVMH Beauty Quality Directorate.

1. Engineering degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Packaging, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in an industrial sector with quality issues.
3. Proven experience in team and cross-functional management.

1. Proficiency in problem-solving tools and industrial knowledge, including production, industrialization, and chemistry.
2. Familiarity with Quality standards applicable to the cosmetic industry (ISO 22716, FDA cGMP, China cGMP).
3. Strong analytical and synthetic thinking abilities.
4. Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
5. Technical English proficiency.
6. Proficiency in office tools and interest in new IT approaches (AI, BI, decision support via cloud platforms).

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial setting, focusing on quality-related challenges.

Engineering degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Packaging, or equivalent.
