Christian Dior Quality Assurance Intern

- Analyze and diagnose existing audit processes across three industrial sites to identify strengths, improvement areas, and gaps against Quality standards.
- Contribute to defining a harmonized internal audit methodology compliant with ISO 22716, CSAR, and FDA requirements, in collaboration with site Quality experts.
- Develop audit tools and support materials (grids, reports, dashboards) to facilitate audit management and follow-up.
- Participate in the qualification and training of internal auditors, and promote best practices across sites.
- Support continuous improvement actions resulting from audits and leverage feedback to enhance the Group's Quality performance.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school with a specialization in production, quality, or regulation, seeking a final-year internship.
- Targeted educational background in quality engineering, production, or industrial processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 22716, CSAR, and FDA standards (preferred).
- Proficiency in audit tools and continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean Management, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and data synthesis skills, attention to detail.
- Proficient in English with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit and adaptability to demanding environments.
- Proactive, results-oriented with a commitment to quality, safety, and sustainable performance.
Entry-level experience suitable for students seeking a final-year internship.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering (Quality, Production, or Industrial Processes).
