7. Support customer complaint analysis and propose technical improvements for products and future designs.
8. Contribute to technological and competitive intelligence by analyzing market product quality.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in materials, packaging, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
