- Ensure the quality control of packaging components in collaboration with suppliers, packaging development, purchasing, and production teams.
- Participate in risk analysis for new product launches with project teams.
- Identify and assess potential design-related risks.
- Conduct and oversee approval testing processes.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of non-conformities, and prepare approval reports.
- Manage technical pre-series inspections and communicate results to suppliers, including travel as necessary.
- Develop control ranges aligned with identified risks.
- Maintain traceability of information and associated documentation.
- Identify improvement opportunities in approval and quality processes.
- Assist in customer complaint analysis and propose technical improvements for products and future designs.
- Contribute to technological and competitive monitoring through market product quality analysis.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Engineering, specializing in materials, packaging, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Project management and teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills.
- Knowledge of packaging materials (plastic, glass, metal) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in material analysis and testing techniques.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree +5 in Engineering, specializing in materials, packaging, or equivalent.
