1. Assist in planning and executing PR events, including ideation, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure activity relevance.
2. Manage event logistics, including set-up, tear-down, on-site management, and hosting PR guests.
3. Prepare and adapt PR materials for local use, including downloading assets from Central.
4. Identify trends and scout Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for selected campaigns.
5. Execute PR campaigns, including preparing briefs, validating KOL lists, and disseminating PR packages.
6. Coordinate with media and influencers on logistics, such as product sendouts for shoots.
7. Assist with ordering and packing PR stocks, vendor creation, and tracking purchase orders and invoices.
8. Monitor competitor activities, including new product launches and PR initiatives.
9. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

2. Outgoing personality with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
4. Keen eye for detail.

1. Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
2. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

Beginner level experience in public relations or a related field is required.
