1. Support the PR team in achieving key objectives for Makeup and Skincare.
2. Organize press and influencer launches.
3. Assist with travel bookings and itinerary compilations for press and influencer trips.
4. Serve as a primary contact for journalists' requests.
5. Handle and log press and influencer inquiries efficiently.
6. Review and report on media coverage daily.
7. Coordinate the distribution of new launches to targeted audiences.
8. Manage and update media and influencer contact databases.
9. Collate and distribute print and online press coverage internally and to international teams.
10. Utilize the Traackr platform for monitoring brand and competitor activities.
11. Manage product stock and order supplies for launches.
12. Compile internal reports and conduct competitor analysis.
13. Perform administrative duties including raising purchase orders and updating budget trackers.
14. Ensure all assets for upcoming launches are organized and accessible.
15. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure task and deadline clarity.

Beginner level experience in public relations or related fields.
