1. Assist the Senior PR Manager in researching and scouting new talents on Instagram.
2. Create casting materials for Paris.
3. Manage all aspects of press mailings, including product orders, translation, press text verification, and print orders.
4. Serve as the primary contact for press inquiries, handling the dispatch of photos, information, and products.
5. Perform general administrative tasks, such as travel bookings and purchase order creation.
6. Prepare presentations for conferences, concepts, and newsletters.
7. Compile various reports.
8. Organize mailings.

1. Passion for social media and talent scouting on Instagram.
2. Completion of at least three semesters of relevant academic study.
3. Initial practical experience, such as marketing or training internships.
4. Enthusiasm for the beauty and luxury sectors.
5. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and basic experience with MS Excel.
6. Strong command of German and English; French is an advantage.
7. Independent and creative working style with strong analytical skills and enthusiasm.
