1. Support the PR Manager and PR Events team in all aspects of event operations and logistics.
2. Serve as a central liaison among Paris and local teams, production agencies, and vendors to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
3. Manage project timelines, asset and file organization, and product orders.
4. Oversee shipment tracking, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
5. Handle RSVP lists, guest communications, and attendee logistics before and during the event.
6. Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
7. Support ongoing event budget tracking and updates.
8. Manage vendor setup, invoicing, and expense reconciliation.
9. Prepare daily and weekly event update decks for the Paris office.
10. Collaborate on comprehensive post-event reporting and performance recaps.

1. Prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in PR, Events, or Communications preferred, with luxury or beauty industry experience being a plus.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Comfortable working cross-functionally and liaising with global teams.
4. Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).

Prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in PR, Events, or Communications preferred, particularly within the luxury or beauty industry.

The salary range is $32 - $45 per hour, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
