1. Participate in various project phases under the guidance of a mentor.
2. Handle work requests by drafting functional and technical specifications and calls for tender.
3. Monitor on-site work to ensure compliance with safety, quality, service, and cost commitments, and attend project follow-up meetings.
4. Serve as a liaison between internal clients, external companies, and management.
5. Maintain documentation and technical standards in accordance with current regulations and specifications.
6. Report activities to the Service Manager and/or Project Manager.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/3) in Building, Design, and Construction.
