1. Lead working groups to define and implement new internal processes for Packaging Development.
2. Upgrade or develop digital tools for the Packaging Development sector.
3. Establish KPIs to monitor service activities and progress on roadmaps, including Quality and CSR initiatives.
4. Conduct and support change management related to deployed projects.

1. Currently pursuing an engineering degree or equivalent Bac+4/5 in project management.

2. Proactive and autonomous work style.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Attention to detail and organizational prowess.
5. Product sensitivity, ideally within the Beauty and Luxury sectors.
6. Knowledge of cosmetic/perfumery packaging development or cosmetic packaging suppliers is a plus.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Pursuing an engineering degree or equivalent Bac+4/5 in project management.
