- Deploy new digital tools and ensure the evolution and sustainability of existing tools in collaboration with operational teams and IT.
- Understand user needs and define specifications for new tools.
- Validate tool evolutions through test plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Respond to operational user requests.
- Establish new packaging development processes in collaboration with various departments.
- Propose and document target processes and RACI matrices.
- Lead project teams, communicate progress, and ensure compliance with deliverables.
- Implement KPIs to measure the added value of deployed tools and processes.
- Participate in design workshops for digital tool upgrades and new process implementation.
- Facilitate data acculturation within the Packaging Development department.
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) in project management.
- Curious and eager to learn.
- Proactive, autonomous, and responsive.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Technologically savvy.
- Product sensitivity, ideally within the Beauty and Luxury sectors.
- Knowledge of cosmetic packaging development or cosmetic packaging suppliers is a plus.
