Parfums Christian Dior Project Manager - China Product Registrations

- Develop and manage China registration schedules for new product launches across Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare categories.
- Ensure adherence to product development timelines to secure market launch dates in China.
- Coordinate the shipment of initial production batches to China in collaboration with production units and laboratories.
- Conduct meetings in French and English with stakeholders in China and France, escalating issues to senior management as needed.
- Propose logistical and scheduling solutions to meet market launch deadlines.
- Contribute to process improvements to comply with regulatory requirements, including CSAR.
- Serve as the key user for the China registration platform, updating procedures and contributing to enhancements.
- Supervise and mentor an intern, providing training on processes and projects to enhance their skills throughout the year.
- Advanced degree from an engineering school with a specialization in chemistry, cosmetics, project management, or supply chain management.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, product development, or regulatory affairs.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Interest in the Chinese market.
- Excellent project management and team leadership abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a multidisciplinary environment.
