1. Assist in the operational management of prestigious Dior Hotel Spas, including Dior Spa Cheval Blanc Paris, Dior Spa Plaza Athénée, and Dior Spa Eden-Roc.
2. Anticipate operational needs and respond to daily requests.
3. Continuously update brochures and other editorial materials.
4. Create activation plans and communication strategies for the Spas.
5. Participate in the opening of new Dior Spa projects worldwide in 2026 and 2027.
6. Contribute to the conceptualization of each Spa.
7. Assist in briefing and project follow-up with the architecture team.
8. Develop treatment menus and new treatment protocols with the Training Team.
9. Create unique and experiential customer journeys.
10. Support the creation of communication plans and omnichannel strategies for each opening.
11. Coordinate the development of various editorial materials with agencies.
12. Ensure precise operational follow-up for orders and the reception of all elements necessary for Spa openings.
13. Participate in the briefing, creation, and operational follow-up of opening events such as inauguration evenings, wellness retreats, Spa activations, masterclasses, and brand content shootings.
14. Conduct monthly business reporting for permanent and pop-up Spas.
15. Enhance the customer experience by developing high-quality linens and uniforms.
16. Implement and manage the operational referencing of Dior Couture articles used in Spas.
17. Conduct in-depth competitive analysis in the holistic and technological wellness sector.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent, in the final year of study.
2. Ideally have 6 months of experience in marketing development.
3. Passionate about cosmetics, wellness, and luxury sectors, with significant experience in operational or development marketing.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Fluent in both English and French.
