Christian Dior Project Assistant Intern

- Support the organization and execution of Couture Showrooms in collaboration with the Retail Merchandiser for Jewelry, Eyewear, Small Leather Goods, and Mitzahs categories.
- Assist in preparing showroom appointments with market analyses, product reviews, trend assessments, and competitive insights.
- Contribute to the development of purchasing strategies for new collections and the creation of collection tools such as Masterdata and Launch books.
- Aid in updating sales forecasts to prepare purchasing strategies for upcoming collections.
- Manage product listings on internal systems like PLUM and Diorinfo.
- Monitor supply chain and distribution in collaboration with purchasing and supply chain teams.
- Create product catalogs for collections aimed at markets and central teams.
- Implement operational marketing strategies in coordination with Training, Visual Merchandising, Retail, and 360 Communication teams.
- Assist in the deployment of collection launch plans and specific animations, including 360 activations, in collaboration with central teams.
- Respond to specific market or departmental requests.
- Update monthly performance reports by market for various categories.
- Develop tools and consolidated reporting files to track key performance metrics.
- Participate in the deployment of La Collection Privée perfumes within the Christian Dior Couture network.
- Assist in creating strategic analysis reports for Dior Couture and Dior Parfums.
- Contribute to the development of tools and reporting files consolidating key performance metrics for LCP perfumes at CDC.
- Participate in 360 activation plans and oversee operational implementation.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent program.
- Previous significant experience in luxury fashion, marketing, merchandising, or a related analytical role is preferred.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Autonomy and proactivity in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, pragmatism, and synthesis ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for luxury fashion and marketing/merchandising challenges.
Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial significant experiences in retail, merchandising, or marketing roles.
Master's degree in progress from a business school or equivalent program.
