1. Develop and implement production plans for the perfume production units at SJDB and Chartres, ensuring alignment with resource capacity and strategic objectives.
2. Establish multi-sourcing standards and allocate production between the two sites.
3. Build a cohesive team across both sites to efficiently manage the entire perfume planning process for PCD.
4. Drive continuous improvement processes and lead action plans to enhance service performance, including customer service, stock management, and financial performance.
5. Prioritize production schedules and propose alternative scenarios in case of deviations.
6. Define planning strategies using MRP settings, including multi-sourcing for mainstream perfumes.
7. Actively participate in SOP cycle preparation by conducting medium/long-term capacity analyses and identifying potential issues.
8. Supervise a team of industrial planners.

1. Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.

1. Proficient in SAP for maximizing its potential.
2. Advanced Excel skills for managing and analyzing complex data.
3. Ability to create impactful dashboards and analyses using Power BI.
4. Strong team management and leadership skills to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry is required.
