Christian Dior Production Planning Manager

- Develop and implement production plans for the perfume production units at SJDB and Chartres, ensuring alignment with resource capacity and strategic objectives.
- Establish multi-sourcing standards and allocate production between the two sites.
- Build a cohesive team across both sites to efficiently manage the entire perfume planning process for PCD.
- Drive continuous improvement processes and lead action plans to enhance service performance, including customer service, stock management, and financial performance.
- Prioritize production schedules and propose alternative scenarios in case of deviations.
- Define planning strategies using MRP settings, including multi-sourcing for mainstream perfumes.
- Actively participate in SOP cycle preparation by conducting medium/long-term capacity analyses and identifying potential issues.
- Supervise a team of industrial planners.
- Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Proficient in SAP for maximizing its potential.
- Advanced Excel skills for managing and analyzing complex data.
- Ability to create impactful dashboards and analyses using Power BI.
- Strong team management and leadership skills to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building sustainable and constructive relationships.
- Problem-solving and innovation capabilities through teamwork and collective reasoning.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure quality and reliability of deliverables.
