- Establish production plans for perfume workshops, ensuring resource capacity aligns with demand while adhering to quality, productivity, cost, and timeline strategies.
- Develop multi-sourcing standards and allocate production between sites in response to the expansion of Chartres.
- Build a cohesive team across two sites to efficiently manage perfume planning for PCD.
- Implement continuous improvement processes and lead action plans with teams and stakeholders to enhance service performance.
- Prioritize and arbitrate workshop production schedules, proposing alternative scenarios in case of deviations.
- Define and manage MRP settings for industrial planning, including mainstream perfume multi-sourcing.
- Actively participate in SOP cycle preparation, conducting medium/long-term capacity analyses and identifying issues.
- Supervise a team of industrial planners.
- Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Proficient in SAP for maximizing potential.
- Advanced Excel skills for managing and analyzing complex data.
- Ability to create impactful dashboards and analyses using Power BI.
- Strong team management and motivational skills in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building constructive relationships.
- Problem-solving and innovation through teamwork and collective reasoning.
- Rigorous organizational skills ensuring quality and reliability of deliverables.
- Analytical and synthesis skills for transforming complex data into clear, actionable information.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar industrial role is required.
