1. Establish production plans for perfume workshops, ensuring alignment with resource capacity and strategic objectives, including quality, productivity, costs, and deadlines.
2. Develop and implement multi-sourcing standards and allocate production between sites.
3. Build a cohesive team across multiple sites to efficiently manage perfume planning.
4. Drive continuous improvement processes and lead action plans to enhance service performance, including customer service, stock management, and financial performance.
5. Prioritize and arbitrate production schedules, providing alternative scenarios in case of deviations.
6. Define planning strategies using MRP settings, including mainstream perfume multi-sourcing.
7. Actively participate in the SOP cycle preparation by conducting medium/long-term capacity analyses and identifying potential issues.
8. Supervise a team of industrial planners.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent

1. Proficiency in SAP for maximizing its potential.
2. Advanced Excel skills for managing and analyzing complex data.
3. Ability to create impactful dashboards and analyses using Power BI.
4. Strong team management and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills for building sustainable and constructive relationships.
6. Problem-solving and innovation through teamwork and collective reasoning.
7. High level of organization and attention to detail for ensuring quality and reliability of deliverables.
8. Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights through analytical and synthesis skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.

Engineering degree or equivalent.
