Parfums Christian Dior Product Owner

- Lead and manage the backlog for the Engage feature team, focusing on customer account, CRM, loyalty, and data capture for Dior.com.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and various stakeholders across central and local teams, including technical, omnichannel, CRM, data, design, and market teams.
- Work in tandem with the Scrum Master to oversee a feature team of 4-6 developers and a QA specialist.
- Ensure user stories are complete with business rules and acceptance criteria for developer implementation.
- Integrate design phases into conception and testing stages.
- Coordinate with the Delivery Manager to formalize delivery schedules.
- Synchronize with four other feature teams and validate the final evolutionary scope with the Product Manager.
- Prepare and conduct PI planning and its outcomes for the assigned scope.
- Document the scope and its evolution in Confluence and maintain up-to-date records.
- Degree from a Business or Engineering School, ideally with a specialization in Digital.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, with successful migration projects.
- Proficiency in e-Commerce and CRM.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, including user story writing, ceremony facilitation, and backlog management using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong project management skills, including anticipation, alert escalation, and formalization.
- Ability to integrate and navigate multicultural and multifunctional environments.
- Strong analytical and autonomous capabilities.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SAFe Agile framework is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a focus on e-Commerce and CRM projects.
Degree from a Business or Engineering School, ideally specialized in Digital.
