Christian Dior Product Marketing Manager - Makeup Development

- Propose short, medium, and long-term product launch strategies aligned with the brand's portfolio and overall strategy.
- Coordinate the creation and design of new products with the Makeup Studio, R&D, sensory experts, packaging teams, and other departments.
- Develop 360-degree strategies and concepts, overseeing their implementation with artistic, digital, merchandising, media, CRM, press, and event teams.
- Define strategies and propose animation concepts for existing portfolios, considering key annual events and local specifics.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to market launch and end-of-life management.
- Analyze market trends and innovations.
- Monitor and analyze the franchise's and market's numerical performance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury sector, particularly in makeup.
