2. Coordinate with store managers and schedule trade event activities to ensure seamless execution.
3. Support off-site event planning and execution.
4. Manage the social media calendar and assist with visual cropping and artwork creation.
5. Provide administrative support, including monthly internal ordering of samples and gifts.
6. Assist in vendor creation, purchase order raising, and tracking of quotations and invoices.
7. Track weekly key product performance and monitor competitors.
8. Compile post-event and post-launch reports to assess ROI for each activity.

1. Outgoing personality with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
2. Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Mandarin considered an advantage.
3. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
