1. Assist the tri-axe product marketing team in planning and executing campaigns, including ideation, sourcing, and vendor liaison.
2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the relevance of planned activities.
3. Facilitate communication with store managers and schedule trade event activities to ensure seamless execution.
4. Support off-site event planning and execution.
5. Manage the social media calendar and assist with visual cropping and artwork creation.
6. Provide administrative support, including monthly internal ordering of samples and gifts.
7. Assist in vendor creation, purchase order raising, and tracking of quotations and invoices.
8. Track weekly key product performance and monitor competitors.
9. Compile post-event and post-launch reports to evaluate ROI for each activity.

1. Outgoing personality with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.

1. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for artwork editing.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for individuals at the start of their career journey.
