1. Support the Senior Marketing Manager and Fragrance team in executing the marketing plan in alignment with global Parfums Christian Dior initiatives and brand image.
2. Manage product launches and forecasts, ensuring alignment with central guidelines and marketing plans.
3. Coordinate campaign initiatives, supply status checks, translations, and sample/tester management.
4. Maintain updated product catalogs and communicate changes to the marketing division.
5. Oversee internal order management for final goods and additional items for launches and operations.
6. Update retailer mailers monthly based on fragrance marketing strategy.
7. Arrange and support fragrance events, coordinating with relevant teams and vendors.
8. Monitor competitor events and activities, including special gifts with purchase (GWPs).
9. Track daily sales of main products and conduct market analysis and competitor watch reports.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cosmetics industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
3. Fluency in Korean and English.
4. Strong interest in the cosmetics industry, products, and consumer behavior.

2. Effective time management and prioritization skills.

A minimum of 3 years in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
