Christian Dior Product Marketing Assistant

- Support the Senior Marketing Manager and Fragrance team in executing marketing plans aligned with global initiatives and brand image.
- Manage new product forecasts and launch plans, ensuring alignment with central guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate campaign and new product launches, including supply status checks and sample management.
- Maintain and update the product catalog, ensuring the marketing division is informed of changes.
- Handle internal orders for final goods and additional items for launches and operations.
- Update retailer mailers monthly based on fragrance marketing strategies.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of fragrance events, liaising with relevant teams and vendors.
- Monitor competitor events and gather insights on special promotions and activities.
- Track daily sales of main products and conduct market analysis and competitor watch reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cosmetics industry or FMCG.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Strong interest in the cosmetics industry and consumer behavior.
- Analytical thinking and statistical insight.
- Proficient time management and prioritization skills.
