- Assist the Product Marketing team in executing new product launches and supporting the catalog.
- Manage and control point-of-sale materials.
- Conduct analysis of sell-in and sell-out data, perform competitor analysis and benchmarking.
- Support forecasting activities for sales products and point-of-sale materials.
- Organize canvasses and regular meetings with the sales force to present launches across Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrances.
- Coordinate internally with all departments involved in axis activities and maintain communication with PCD HQ in Paris.
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Economics
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Fluency in English
Entry-level experience, with previous retail experience considered a plus.
Master’s degree in Marketing or Economics
