- Define strategies and propose animation concepts for franchise icons in alignment with key annual events and market specifics.
- Develop short, medium, and long-term product launch strategies and 360-degree concepts tailored to the franchise portfolio and the Maison's overarching strategy.
- Create and design new products in collaboration with cross-functional project teams, including R&D, sensory experts, packaging development, artistic direction, digital, merchandising, media, CRM, press, and events.
- Collaborate closely with international markets and innovation and project development teams to assess the potential and challenges of the franchise.
- Analyze market trends and innovations.
- Monitor and analyze the franchise's and market's quantitative performance.
- Advanced degree from a business school, engineering school, or university Master's program in Marketing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury marketing development, particularly in skincare.
- Curiosity and autonomy with a passion for the industry and the Maison.
- Operational reactivity in a dynamic environment while building a long-term strategic vision for the category.
- Visionary and conceptual mindset with attention to detail and quality in creative execution.
- Constructive and enthusiastic approach with adaptability and rigor.
- Creativity combined with strong analytical skills to develop effective strategic marketing plans.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Teamwork skills with respect, listening, exchange, collaboration, and openness to questioning.
- Project management skills with clear communication, leadership, and energy.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
Advanced degree in Marketing from a business school, engineering school, or university Master's program.
