- Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to construct the product backlog and vision for Dior.com, ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards and business objectives.
- Lead the feature team 'Convert,' focusing on checkout, payment, fraud, and post-purchase experiences.
- Identify and qualify business needs, ensuring effective delivery follow-up with Product Owners.
- Maintain product coherence and customer journey consistency in collaboration with other Product Managers.
- Act as the primary contact for central and local stakeholders, prioritizing their needs.
- Contribute to the preparation and presentation of PI planning for the feature team, ensuring readiness and prioritization.
- Facilitate and participate in Product committees, ensuring effective information dissemination within the feature team.
- Establish and monitor performance KPIs for each feature with the feature team.
- Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring its implementation by the feature team.
- Identify dependencies and delivery alerts with Product Owners, reporting to the Head of Product.
- Supervise and support Product Owners in managing their feature teams.
- Facilitate collaboration with Design, Data, eMerchandising, and Contribution teams, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
- Navigate effectively within a multifunctional organization, leveraging communication skills to realize product vision.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, including several years in e-commerce and digital products.
- Strong ability to prioritize based on business, client, and brand vision, balancing effort and technical cost.
- Solid project management skills in e-commerce, including anticipation, alert escalation, and formalization.
- Ability to integrate quickly and navigate a multicultural, multifunctional environment.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the agile SAFe framework is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
