Parfums Christian Dior Product Manager

- Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing plan for product launches, adhering to brand guidelines and coordinating budget analysis with the Marketing Grouper.
- Conduct price analysis in relation to competitors and establish price positioning for new products.
- Prepare monthly forecasts in collaboration with Key Account Managers and the forecast planner, leveraging past launch data to enhance product strategies.
- Analyze Sell In and Sell Out metrics to identify client needs and monitor sales against annual growth objectives and market ranking.
- Generate periodic growth reports with the Commercial team to propose renewal actions and consolidate sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the trade marketing team to negotiate retail activations, product launch events, and key promotional activities.
- Coordinate brand promotional activities with sales, merchandising, and trade marketing teams to ensure excellence in execution.
- Oversee the monthly distribution of Point of Sale materials according to client needs.
- Develop and implement an annual PR strategy, including events and influencer engagement.
- Degree in Marketing, Administration, or Business

A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury industry and with retail exposure.
