Parfums Christian Dior Product Manager - Makeup Development

- Collaborate closely with international markets and innovation and project development teams to assess the potential and challenges of the franchise.
- Propose short, medium, and long-term product launch strategies aligned with the franchise portfolio and the brand's global strategy.
- Coordinate with the Makeup Studio of Peter Philips and product teams (R&D, Sensory Experts, Packaging Creation and Development, Purchasing, Finance) to create and design new products.
- Develop 360-degree strategies and concepts, overseeing their development with dedicated teams (Art Direction, Digital, Merchandising, Media, CRM, Press, Events).
- Define strategies and propose animation concepts for the existing portfolio according to key times of the year and local specificities.
- Manage the product catalog throughout its lifecycle: from conception to market launch and end-of-life management.
- Analyze market trends and innovations.
- Monitor and analyze the quantitative performance of the franchise and market.
- Advanced degree from a business school or a Master's in Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury marketing development, particularly in makeup.
- Curiosity and autonomy with a passion for the brand and makeup industry.
- Strong operational reactivity in a dynamic innovation environment.
- Visionary and conceptual thinking with attention to detail and quality execution.
- Constructive and enthusiastic approach with adaptability and rigor.
- Creativity with strong analytical skills for strategic marketing planning.
- Teamwork skills with clear communication, leadership, and energy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and English.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury marketing development, particularly in the makeup sector.
Advanced degree from a business school or a Master's in Marketing.
