Parfums Christian Dior Product Manager - Makeup Development

- Collaborate closely with international markets and innovation and project development teams to assess the potential and challenges of the franchise.
- Propose short, medium, and long-term product launch strategies aligned with the franchise portfolio and the overall strategy of the Maison.
- Create and design new products in coordination with Peter Philips' Makeup Studio and product teams including R&D, sensory experts, packaging creation and development, purchasing, UP, and finance.
- Develop 360-degree strategies and concepts, overseeing their development in collaboration with dedicated teams such as Artistic Direction, Digital, Merchandising, Media, CRM, Press, and Events.
- Define strategies and propose animation concepts for the existing portfolio according to key moments of the year and local specificities.
- Manage the product catalog throughout its lifecycle, from conception to market launch of new products, and oversee the end-of-life phase.
- Analyze market trends and innovations.
- Monitor and analyze the franchise's and market's numerical performance.
- Advanced degree from a business school or a Master's in Marketing.
- First experience in marketing development within the luxury sector, particularly in makeup.
- Curiosity and autonomy with a passion for the Maison and the makeup universe.
- Operational reactivity in a dynamic innovation environment while building a long-term strategic vision.
- Visionary and conceptual thinking with attention to detail and quality of creative execution.
- Constructive and enthusiastic approach, adaptability, and rigor.
- Creativity with strong analytical skills to build effective strategic marketing plans.
- Teamwork skills with respect, listening, exchange, collaboration, and questioning.
- Project management skills with clear communication, leadership, and energy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and English.
Minimum of 3 years in marketing development, preferably within the luxury makeup sector.
Advanced degree from a business school or a Master's in Marketing.
