Parfums Christian Dior Product Manager - Fragrances

- Develop and conceptualize new product, communication, and 360-degree activation concepts.
- Design and develop product innovations in collaboration with creative studios, including Perfumers and Packaging Design, and the project team (R&D, Packaging Development, Procurement, Finance).
- Create a comprehensive 360-degree activation plan per project, draft creative briefs, and oversee the development of 360-degree campaigns with dedicated teams (Art Direction, Digital, Merchandising, Media, CRM, Influence, Press, Events).
- Conduct trend monitoring and identify future innovations in the fragrance market.
- Capture creative intentions through still life and video content.
- Act as the primary contact for the franchise with senior management, brand direction, and international markets, coordinating daily with internal teams (Creation, Digital, Merchandising, Client Marketing, Communication, Procurement/Development, Research and Innovation, Training) and external agencies.
- Degree in Business School or a Master's degree in Marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing Development.
- Curiosity and passion for the luxury industry.
- Conceptual and analytical thinking.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and effective communication.
- Project management and result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and video editing software is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent from a business school.
