1. Assist in adapting international brand strategy to the local market environment.
2. Conduct competitive analysis including competitors and customer insights.
3. Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to inform strategic decisions.
4. Develop and implement a comprehensive local 360 action plan.
5. Engage in operational marketing activities including benchmarking and forecasting.
6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including clients, headquarters, and suppliers.
7. Plan and execute operational activities and develop necessary tools.
8. Prepare monthly market analysis reports and update on product launches.
9. Participate in internal communications through newsletters.
10. Represent the brand at client, PR, and training events.

1. Final year student in Business School or Master's in Marketing.
2. Fluency in French and English; Dutch is advantageous.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal teamwork and external client service.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
