- Lead product evolution projects related to formula and packaging changes, including reformulations and ingredient updates.
- Evaluate the relevance of modifications and propose strategic recommendations considering regulatory constraints, marketing plans, costs, timelines, and available resources.
- Manage product evolution projects in compliance with Chinese regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with project team members, including R&I Laboratories, Packaging Development, Industrial Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Marketing.
- Ensure effective reporting and communication through progress KPIs.
- Escalate risks or necessary arbitrations to top management.
- Participate in improving existing product evolution processes to enhance agility and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate compliance projects with new European regulations, ensuring milestone adherence and production transitions.
- Lead task forces to monitor artwork progress and ensure validation timelines are met.
- Study feasibility of aligning reformulations with ongoing marketing plan evolutions.
- Define action plans for deviations from the compliance schedule.
- Coordinate steps for Chinese registrations, including specific productions.
- Update catalog data and maintain KPI accuracy.
- Report project progress for PCD in preparation for steering committees.
- Advanced degree from an engineering school with specialization in chemistry, cosmetics, project management, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects, particularly in product development and regulatory fields.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent project management and team leadership abilities.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability in multidisciplinary environments.
