- Lead and coordinate cross-functional product development projects focusing on Brand Animation, including key commercial periods and CRM offerings.
- Manage and oversee development timelines (approximately 50-70 projects annually) in alignment with the 3-4 year marketing plan, considering complexities and industrial constraints.
- Assess project feasibility, identify risks, and develop action plans in collaboration with various departments, communicating with top management when necessary.
- Organize and facilitate product development follow-up meetings, balancing business challenges, resource allocation, risk management, and solution exploration.
- Provide project reporting for decision-making bodies, ensuring team alignment towards common recommendations to streamline decision processes.
- Onboard new team members, introducing them to Dior's product development processes, structures, and tools.
- Implement new processes within the organization, focusing on continuous improvement and leading cross-functional projects.
- Identify bottlenecks and improvement areas in development processes, gather stakeholder requirements, and propose enhancements.
- Deploy new processes and manage change among impacted teams.
- Master's degree in engineering, management, or project management.
- Proficiency in project management tools, ideally ASANA.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exposure to departmental leadership.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and cross-functional management capabilities.
- Autonomy, initiative, and strong leadership.
- Proactivity and responsiveness.
- Curiosity about all aspects of the Maison.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years in managing complex, cross-functional project portfolios. Experience in packaging development, promotions, point of sale displays, or supply chain is advantageous, as is familiarity with the cosmetics and fragrance industry.
Master's degree in engineering, management, or project management.
